After attending El Camino College with a major in architecture, he switched to mechanical engineering and later spent 14 years in the food manufacturing industry working as a project coordinator for Nissin Foods. His role as a project coordinator has equipped him with critical skills such as drawing plans on AutoCAD, working with outside contractors, and delivering assignments in a timely manner.

It was during this time that he discovered his passion for real estate after purchasing his first investment property.
