Aaron managed almost everything! We think without him we would not live in our dream house now. Aaron is the BEST! When you're house hunting, you meet a lot of greasy realtors. If you are tired of them, like we were, you need to work with Aaron. We met Aaron at an open house and instantly fell in love with him. He wasn't hovering, pushy, or clingy. He approached us like a friend. There's a "humanness" to him that made Aaron very personable, relatable, and honest. But don't think that him being a genuinely nice guy means he's a push over. No way! Aaron helped us sell our condo...twice! Aaron got our condo on the market, did multiple showings, negotiated with buyers, and helped us sell our house for way more than we thought we could. Then when the buyer flaked on us and backed out, Aaron found another buyer in a matter of days who even paid the same as the original flake! Throughout the whole process, he was responsive, optimistic, empathetic, and smart. While he was selling our house, he also helped us close on our perfect home. Aaron was always was on time and fully prepared. He provided great advice and candor. And whenever the purchase process hit a bump, Aaron remained calm, cool, professional and always optimistic. We let him take charge of both transactions and couldn't be happier with the results. He knows his stuff! In short, Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with.
